Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Comiteg S.r.l.s., Loc. Rosario 11, 66052 Gissi (CH), Italy, VAT no. IT02563280698, which provides the AMZ Partner service. You can reach us through the contact form or by post at the address above.
What data we collect
When you send the contact form we receive: name, company, phone or WeChat ID, email address (optional), the link to your Amazon store or an ASIN, the service you are interested in and your notes. Together with the request we record the page address, any campaign parameters in it (UTM), the date and time and your IP address.
If you accept statistics cookies, Google Analytics also collects data about your visit: see the cookie policy.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer: steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To protect the form from spam and abuse, using your IP address: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To measure visits with Google Analytics, only if you accept: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who receives it
Your request is read by the Comiteg team that follows AMZ Partner clients. It passes through our hosting and email providers, who act as data processors. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as needed to answer it and to manage any business relationship that follows, then we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, through the contact form or by post to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Is it mandatory?
The fields marked with an asterisk are needed to answer your request: without them we cannot contact you. Everything else is optional.
